By placing an order with Folded With Care Laundry Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Laundry Preparation
Customers are responsible for checking pockets and removing personal items before submitting laundry. Please separate or identify any items requiring special care and provide clear instructions at the time of order.
2. Wash, Dry & Fold
Laundry will be sorted, washed, dried, and folded according to the information and preferences provided by the customer. We will make reasonable efforts to protect clothing; however, Folded With Care is not responsible for damage resulting from normal washing, drying, pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or failure to follow care-label instructions.
3. Pickup & Delivery
Customers may select a front porch, doorstep, or designated area of their choice for pickup and drop-off. The location must be safe and accessible to our driver.
4. Pet Safety
For the safety of our customers and drivers, all pets must be secured away from the pickup/drop-off area before the driver arrives and throughout the service.
5. Special Items
Customers should notify us of delicate, high-value, specialty, or items requiring special handling before service begins. We reserve the right to decline items that we determine cannot be safely processed.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
Customers should notify Folded With Care of any missing or damaged item as soon as possible after receiving their order so we can investigate and address the concern.
7. Payment
Payment is due according to the pricing and payment terms provided at the time of order. Additional charges may apply for special services, oversized items, excessive stains, or other services not included in the original order.
8. Order Changes or Cancellation
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel an order. Fees may apply if an order has already been picked up or processing has begun.
9. Delivery Delays
Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
10. Customer Agreement
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
